Fraggle Rock on DVD or VHS in the US?
Anyone know where I could find a copy?

I bought it (on DVD) at Wal Mart 2 weeks ago. I was floored. My cousin told me someone mentioned it to her in passing and she called right away to tell me. I ran like lightning and got the last copy on the shelf. I've been waiting so long! I have not yet seen it online. Amazon even claims it's not in production yet. Well, IT IS! I am all about all things Muppet/Henson and I can't believe I didn't know it was out on DVD. On the insert it says more to come in the Fall 2004. Yippeeeee! So, check your local Wal Marts. At least that store served one good purpose!
shareI just went to a website named Fragglerocker.com, and apparently there will be a Special Edition released in October of 2004 through Wal-Mart, and hopefully this will lead to the release of the entire series. I know several people that are more than looking forward to it. See you in line!
shareAccording to Tough Pigs, the company that released that DVD is thinking about releasing entire season sets instead. Here's the details.
"Here's the word from HIT Entertainment, the company that's releasing Fraggle Rock DVD's: They're thinking about releasing full season sets (instead of the 3-episode disc that they've put out so far), but they want to hear from YOU. I've got a phone number and an address, and I'd like every Fraggle fan within the sound of my voice -- and that's YOU, I'm talking to YOU, in the shirt -- to let HIT know that you'd buy a season set of Fraggle Rock. If it helps to motivate you, it's a really good show.
The address is: HIT Entertainment, Attn: Consumer Relations (Fraggle Rock), PO Box 9000, Allen TX, 75013. The phone number is: 1-866-405-7625.
I called the phone number myself, and I talked to a very sweet woman who identified herself as "Fraggle Rock Customer Service." I told her that I wants me some Fraggle Rock sets, and she said she'd put me on the list of people requesting it. It was a painless, one-minute process, and I felt like I'd done my bit. So I encourage you to do the same. It certainly wouldn't hurt any."
So it can be just that simple to get the whole thing out there instead of having to buy dvds with only 3 episodes on them. I would suggest anyone who is interested do this and then tell everyone else to do it as well
a britich dvd with 12 episodes + a documentary hosted by jim henson is published. i don't know where's the best place to get it, but it's not hard. i got it off ebay.
