This is brand new information from Muppet Central: Fraggle Rock film in development.
New movie slated to begin filming in 2006 and will feature the main Fraggles traveling to "outer space". Henson states that they are aiming for a 2007 release.

shareI just hope it isn't terrible. Not to be pessimistic, but any films or projects involving the Muppets really lost something when Jim Henson passed away. I'm not sure how to describe it; I suppose it was just his personal touch that I miss.
