Fraggles on TV question...HELP!

My house never got HBO or Disney (be4 it became free with most cable systems). Yet, I DO remember watching Fraggle Rock as a kid. Is there any possible way it was re-ran in syndication on some other channel??? Help please!

in CANADA, Fraggle Rock was re-ran on CBC for years. it was on either 6pm or 630pm on Saturdays.
