Favorite epsiode?

If you had to choose one epsiode of Fraggle Rock to be your favorite what would it be? Mine would have to be the dark and stormy night, when Gobo and the gang go to explore the Gorgs castle. I'm curious what others might be?

My favorite Fraggle Rock Episode would be the one where Gobo and his Uncle Traveling Matt Discovered The T. Mathew Fraggle Room, a secret hidden cavern of magical passageways that led to outer space by touching the arches and then being carried through them by the winds.

I wish I remembered more episodes, but I only remember season 1 now since that's what I have.

Anyway, mine from that is "The 30 Minute Work Week." Wembley was awesome in his fireman hat.

My two favorite episodes were "The Minstrels" and the finale where the Fraggles finally get to go into outerspace and meet Doc. It brings a tear to my eye! I was lucky enough to get Season One on DVD for Christmas. I will surely be collecting them all!

I loved the final episode where the Fraggles got to finally go into outer space because Gobo finally made friends with Doc and Sprocket. And they all went to the desert at the end! I loved the song, "Magic" as well, just as The Trash Heap said thos words of wisdom to Gobo: "Tell The Silly Creature this: You Cannot Leave The Magic!"

i like the one where wembly meets mudwell, the mudbunny and they become fast friends overnight then wembly is spurned by mudwell the following morning. when wembly returns to seek an explanation, mudwell explains that it was the worst time to make a friend and then lays down and dies. of all the weighty issues that fraggle rock confronts, i think the way they handled death was the best.

I am partial to the one in which Mokey longs to join the Great Exalted Order of Poohbahs. ("That Fritz, he's never there when you need him.")

"Home Is Where the Trash Is," starring Philo and Gundge. Very funny episode with one of my favorite Fraggle Songs (Home!).

I'd be lying if I said I had a favorite. They're all great, it's impossible for me to choose. I'll just pick one.

Well, actually either the very first or very last episode is my favorite, probably the final one.

But "The Great Race" (I think that's what it's called), where Gobo & Wembley race against each other and others, is probably my favorite one besides those two. There's a scene with Gobo, Red, & Wembley in Gobo's room, where Red tells him Wembley lost on purpose, then Gobo gets really mad and tells Wembley they're having one more race and he'd better try this time, and Wembley's nose is all scrunched back and he's shaking, LOL.

My Favorite is "Uncle Matt's Discovery" which is the second episode of the 4th Season.

Uncle Matt comes home for a visit, and Gobo, and the rest of the Fraggles notice Uncle Matt is getting older, and beggining to loose his edge as an explorer. But Uncle Matt won't admit it which makes Gobo angry and the 2 have a big fight and Uncle Matt takes off on his own to go exploring. Gobo starts getting worried about his Uncle and takes off looking for him, shortly after he finds him, the 2 of them discover a new part of the Rock with secret passage ways that lead into various parts of Outerspace simply by hitting the rock. The 2 go into some of the passage ways. They now realize Uncle Matt has discovered a bunch of new ways to make quick trips into Outerspace, and can move back home to Fraggle Rock.

For those of you who haven't seen this episode, I recomend you do. It's a good one, and is the end of an era. After this episode, Gobo rarely visits outerspace, since Uncle Matt no longer sends postcards, since he is now living in Fraggle Rock and becomes a regular on the show.

1. The Terrible Tunnel
2. The Beast of Blue Rock

want to get the DVDs so I can see these episodes again.

The Mudwell episode is my absolute favorite...I love "just a Dream Away"....then other favorites would be Song of Songs, and Change of Address (YOu cannot leave the magic) and the Pipe Bangers
