Any More DVDs?
Just curious if they will put out the fourth mysterious season maybe bundled with the animated series. Anybody know?

shareI'm 99% sure I read on muppet central website that all fraggle rock seaons were set to be released as the muppet show seasons as well.
Looks like 08 and 09 is the muppets comeback years. Especially with Dark Crystal 2 and Fraggle Rock Movie slated to appear very soon!!!
Well, I have some bad news for you guys. It looks like Fraggle Rock season four will ONLY be released as part of the complete series release for $140! Nothing on the animated series right now, though we might see a release soon, hopefully! As for the muppet show, It is expected that Disney will release the complete series as soon as they release the rest of the seasons.

While I only have the first few single-disc releases and the first season set (and downloaded a few later epsiodes from iTunes), I hope that the fourth season eventually comes out. Is Fraggle Rock the first series to have seperate season sets released and then the entire series in one box set, released before (or instead of) all of the seasons are released seperately?
Maybe the fourth (and fifth) season episodes will be released on iTunes. But if this is the first series to have a "complete series collection" before all of the seasons are released seperately, then it's very ironic that Fraggle Ropck would be the first. I would expect a more popular show like The Simpsons, Family Guy, I Love Lucy, or Star Trek to do so (though those shows either already had every season released seperately long before complete series sets for shows with more than three seasons were released, or are still on the air). It's especially ironic since Fraggle Rock is the first (and so far only) television series released by Hit! to have season set box sets, and now it'll be the first Hit! release to have every epsidoe in one set. I remember when Hit! got the video rights to Fraggle Rock, a few single-disc releases were released to test whetehr there was demand for season sets.
