Anyone here think that he was the Woody Allen of the Fraggles?

No. He's infinitely better than Allen.

Not at all. They are both neurotic, yes, but what is so special about Boober is that he is neurotic without being that typical "Woody Allen character" you would usually see in cartoons and other children's shows.

Even if he was based on Allen, the creators of the show did a good job of giving him an individual personality.

Looking back at Mokey, she was a Fraggle Mia Farrow, imo
