series finale **spoilers (?)**

Hi there,
It has been so very long that I have seen this show. I once had them all on VHS tapes.
I can not recall exactly how the last show went but I know Gobo was taking it pretty hard knowing that Doc was to move. That he and Doc would never meet. He went to see the trash heap for advice. She told him that the magic would never leave/go and that the magic was IN him. I remember he sang a song in his living space about this situation and Wembly is going by. When he finally gets up the nerve to meet Doc they realize all the time that was wasted not meeting sooner. Doc now can not stand to leave Gobo that he knows that they, the fraggles, really exist. But he knows he has to leave. Docs friend who was always there for him, did Docs wife die and that is why Ned came to be with him ???, Doc now has to be there for him. I seem to recall Ned has TB and must go leave in a dry climate. I think they move to Arizona. Gobo has more troubles about this and when he returns to see Doc everything is gone. They have moved. Doc left a tape recorder there with a message for Gobo on a tape. Gobo gets up the nerve to go and turn it on, there are instructions and pictures for him on how to turn on the machine. The other fraggles wait at the hole in the wall as he does this. Gobo is still upset after hearing this message and the other fraggles try to console him. Then Gobo says "What did the trash heap say... as he trys to think and the other fraggles try to help, Gobo says something about the magic. The magic is IN him. At this point a song begins and the tunnel changes. They realize that they never have been here before and follow it and the song. Doc and Sprocket are now shown in their new home. Doc talks about the fraggles and moves a box away from the wall hoping to see a fraggle hole, nothing. He is sad and wonders if there ever were any fraggles. At this point, he and Sprocket just stare at the box and slowly it moves and moves and out comes Gobo and all the gang. At this point after they all become friends, etc. the end titles roll. In turn, and because this is the final show, all the characters sing the theme song to Fraggle Rock. In syndication, at least on The Disney Channel, they edited this last scene out so the show would not have a final ending.
I just know that these last two shows always made me cry. Happy tears. Just writing this makes me cry. I only hope that the final show of the series will not be edited.
