I have never seen After MASH and would like to,
is it ever shown in the UK?

I haven't seen AfterM*A*S*H since it was on network television, and even then I only watched a few shows.

There pilot episode is still on You Tube. Someone posted the whole series, but they were removed and the user who posted them had his account suspended.
