What happened to Dr. Gene Pfeiffer?
What happened to dr Gene Pfeiffer? He suddenly disappeared from the show. Maybe I missed an episode.
shareHe just sort of faded into the background after Dr. Boyer was added to the show. They had one episode where they worked together and then you didn't see Dr. Pfeiffer after that. Which is a shame because I liked the character. He was a young intern with good intentions who never backed down from his beliefs. Dr. Boyer was okay but I got tired of the pity parties he threw for himself because he lost his leg. We get it, he lost a leg, enough already. Too bad he wasn't around when Klinger's war buddy Pete Sax was on there. He lost a leg too but at least he accepted it and moved on. And if Dr. Boyer wasn't whining about his leg he spent the episode trying to get laid.
