Out of all the opening themes to all the television shows I've ever seen, the one for After MASH is terrible. It just sounds like someone playing around on an organ with a saxophone added. It sounds more like elevator music than a show opening.
The Season 1 theme song or Season 2? Because I thought the Season 1 theme song (with the trombone playing) was awesome.

That's the one I like too. Looks like there were three different theme songs for this show and I wish they had just stuck with the first one.

The first "AfterMASH" theme song was awesome. I like how the M*A*S*H intro morphed into the trombone solo, which had a nice mellow '50s jazz sound to it. The images go from Korea to mid-1950s USA to Klinger-Potter-Mulcahy in the last shot. Much better than the show's second season!
shareThe only thing worse than the second season opening theme song is the closing one. Now I played clarinet in my 7th grade band class, but the clarinet playing in the closing theme was annoying.
