It's too bad...
For all the snickering about this show let's not forget it did very well it's first year and died during it's second due to some cast changes and a lousy new time slot.

shareI would love to see the show; do you have a copy of it so I can see it?
shareSorry, I don't. But you can vote for it on DVD on Amazon.com, and the votes are forwarded to CBS/FOX Video. That's our best shot now.
shareHey I just voted for After MASH on Amazon.com. Let's hope other people do the same!
shareHow do ya vote on Amazon?

I think it's become the in thing to rip this show but it's not that bad. It was not deep at all like MASH was and I think that's why MASH purists hate it. It was a mindless sitcom and it wasn't bad; I didn't mind it and had some laughs at times.
It was the #10 show in it's first season in the Nielson ratings. The tv execs in all their "wisdom" did that nasty commercial with Klinger in a dress shaving off Mr T's mohawk when they went head to head with the A Team.
There was a big backlash to the commercial and the ratings plummeted and the show was cancelled about a third of the way into the second season.
