The death of the A-Team

Just read in the trivia section that Dwight Schultz had suggested filming the series finale first, with the team dying one by one on a final mission where the plan didn't "come together." But nobody wanted to do that story. I kind of like the idea, although I can see how the producers wouldn't. The show was supposed to be over-the-top action with zillions of bullets and nobody getting killed. Certainly not the A-Team themselves. Also, if it had aired at the end of a full fifth season, it might have been accused of copying the 1987 movie, Extreme Prejudice, where the very A-Team-like special missions force and lots of henchmen go down in a hail of bullets in a very A-Team-style shootout at the end.

Would've been interesting to see.

Movie Theater: Young Frankenstein 10/10. RIP Gene Wilder. One of the funniest people of all time.

I just wish they'd given them an ending.

Agreed. They should've finished the 5th season at least.

At least we have fan fiction to give us closure and keep stories going. I wrote one that explains season 5 (which I didn't like when it originally aired, (I was a teenager at the time) but love now as an adult).
