Scatman Crothers was a gifted musician from the old days. He found a second career as a character actor.

Stole the show in the Twilight Zone movie.
Did he ever have a bad performance.

I love Scatman but am not exactly a fan of Spielberg's "Kick the Can" sequence in "Twilight Zone: The Movie" (it wasn't Scatman's fault).
