I only really liked Bit for the transformative geometric sequences in the animation, but he's not really a binary digit, is he, having THREE states and all (positive, negative and neutral).
The "neutral" state is where the calculation leading to a binary outcome is still ongoing. A computer scientist would say the calculation hasn't converged yet. It may also not converge, ever. See also: The halting problem.
