Surprisia is a good movie too, one of the best movies that Argento has ever directed. However, AVOID his MOH episode "Jenifer" at all costs!

I'd say Suspiria, Phenomena, Opera, and Sleepless are comparable to Tenebre, they all have a similar pace and great music.
Deep Red and Bird with the Crystal Plumage are just as good, but they are a little slower in pace, if you can handle that then check them out too!
