Music?

Did anyone else find the soundtrack to this film really distracting? During a few of the murders I felt like it might have been John Holmes who was the culprit.

Um, no. The film has an excellent score, perfectly in keeping with the tone of the film.

Best score ever

Great score. Especially when the dogs is chasing the woman. Goblin rocks!

I actually really like Goblin and thought the soundtrack to Suspiria was pretty damn amazing, but this one was just ridiculous. The music was so much louder than the rest of the movie and was completely inapropriate for the murder scenes. Unless the murderer who was committing these crimes had a moustache, was wearing a beret, and was there to "fix" their plumbing.

I love this type of music for Italian films. It's all part of te experience so I love the score.

I also love this score. It makes this already good film excellent. My favorite Argento, btw.

The main theme song is often played very loud in my car. :)

IMO this movie has the best score I've ever heard and Goblin outdid themselves!!!!

The main theme is just weird enought to be scary but not like some kinda sci-fi flick. and the music during the murder scenes is incredible. I want the cd but can't find it so sometimes i pop in the dvd just for the music lol

The soundtrack is great and is not as intrusive as Suspiria's soundtrack was. The Main theme is Fantastic! I'm going to try and order it of the internet.

Do you know which Dario Argento soundtrack that Tangerine Dream provided ?
Thanks

I think the music fits the movie perfectly. In most Argento movies, the score adds so much to the film. It's unique, suspenseful, and also terrifying. I think a movie like this wouldn't be nearly as good without a truly unique score.
