Well, this movie is awful so I don't think I would buy the DVD even if it was in anamorphic widescreen and containing a load of extra features. However you are very right, no movie should be released in such a poor way, specially as recently as of 2004 and from a major distributor, no less. And in the case of Sword of the Valiant, the cinematography is the best part of it, or would be if we were allowed to see it in its entirety...

No offense, but the cinematography is nothing to brag about in this film. I've shot better stuff.
shareRegardless of the crappy cinematography...it is still a film that should've been presented on DVD the way it was meant to be. Widescreen is pivotal these days. A cinematographer should know this.
