I picked up the R4 Aussie DVD-it's very barebones (not even a menu), but is in widescreen unlike the US MGM version. I hate watching cropped movies so it's nice to finally see the film in its OAR, although the transfer itself isn't that great.

Can you be more specific on the image quality, because I'm thinking of picking this up.

It's a decent transfer, but not what I would call good. The best thing about it is that it's OAR.
