Not sure if it was noted in the previous poster's link as I never checked it, but this film was never given the opportunity to be a 'nasty', as the the theatrical print was escorted out of the country by the police after the BBFC had given it the once over. Given the climate of the video industry in the early 80s once the nasties scare kicked in I imagine no one had the nerve to release it given what happened to the theatrical print. As such it was never issued on pre cert video, and it was not as if any distributor could rest easy on an otherwise pre-approved, non-obscene and legal theatrical cut to issue on video. Given what happened to the pre cert of House by the Cemetery the release of a theatrical version was still no guarantee of the tape not falling fould of the OPA. In short, I guess any distributor, after weighing up the odds must have thought *beep* that.
