Blu-ray vs Special Edition DVD

I read somewhere that Blue Underground restored and corrected the doctor scene on the Blu-ray edition. Does anyone know if the cut for the Blue Underground Special Edition DVD that was released simultaneously is the same cut as the Blu-ray or if it is the same as the old 2008 bare-bones DVD? What improvements does the new Special Edition DVD have, if any knows?

I don't own the DVD only the BD, but they have the same extras (which aren't very good) and the new DVD is the same cut as the BD.

Let's do it to them before they do it to us.
