One thing missing...the biker chicks.

They disappeared during the fight with the Bikers.
Typical of girl gang members...when they see their boyfriends getting beat they're the first to run like the cowardly skanks they are.

I would have LOVED to see Chuck corner them and say;
"I hate to hit ladies...but you're not ladies. But I'm all for equality so I'll give you a choice...
Put up your dukes and take it like a man (pointing to the brutally beaten men),
or take it like a woman."

Next scene, they're all bent over the table getting their asses beat with a pool cue, crying their cheap mascara down their cheap faces.

Also to add a little more action to a rather slow movie, they should have had some of the bikers return seeking revenge...only to run into Kirby...who butchers them all Jason style.
