2.8% Body Fat?
I Just read this in the trivia section.
I have to admit that Sly Stallone looks very hot in this film...his body is very fit and muscular.
but 2.8% body fat? that's amazing!
Anyone else impressed by this?
Seeing as professional bodybuilders come out on stage at the Mr Olympia at 3 to 4 % bodyfat....I find it bs that rocky was 2.5. We know rocky was using roids...catabolic and Anabolic, his name was on the list of guys who bought them during that whole roid fiasco . Rocky wouldn't be able to function on a daily basis at 2.5...would he?
