So mick falls down before the fight..and there's no ambulance at a heavyweight world title fight that can take mick to the hospital? Ok...so it took before the fight was over to get one there? One never even arrived.

As for why Micky wasn't taken earlier, was because you apparently can't take a person to a hospital against their will.
