I just watched the scene with Rocky and Thunderlips and I noticed someone asked Mickey if he wanted to go to the doctor and he said no. Why did he say no I mean if he had just gone to the doctor they would have found out what was wrong before the lang fight

Probably because he was one of those tough idiots who thought he was too tough for a doctor.
