Howabout : Clubber and Apollo spin off movies?

With different younger actors of course.

Apollo - traces his younger days. maybe could tie in with the late 60's Watts riots. And why is he so damn patriotic?

Clubber - a broken man after Rocky III, he returns to his old hood and redeems himself working with street kids and beating up drug dealers...

Drago and Tommy Gunn flicks would be too depressing . in an online interview Stallone stated that Drago fell apart when the Soviet Union did - drinking Vodka heavily and shooting himself, Tommy Gunn wrestles on the independent travelling circuit..

Pretty Ricky in and outta jail would be interesting...

He pretty much spelled it out for you: before for Apollo and after for Clubber...

That said, without Rocky in them at all I can't see it working.

Not sure a whole Rocky universe would work. Creed can continue the story with possible Flashbacks between Rocky and Apollo.
