So right before the match is over rocky hops on hulks back and starts choking him w a rear naked choke (rocky doesn't know jiu jitsu so he isn't applying it entirely right) but he has his right arm around hulks neck and he's cranking it tight and trying to finish hulk then the next angle they showit and rock has left arm around hulks neck. Lol...cmon sly, who the hell scripted this sequence? So bad..

When we saw this "goof", it ruined not only this otherwise impeccably sequenced scene, but the entire film, and film series to boot. Shocking.

I agree., it made every aspect of the entire series unbelievable. Sly should have done a better job w the jiu jitsu footage...maybe brought in al bundy for consultation help

Not so much a rear naked choke, although that's the basis for the maneuver, I think he put him in a traditional pro-wrestling "sleeper hold." That says nothing about goofing which arm is applied where in each shot still.
shareI don't think it was supposed to be an authentic jiu jitsu move. Rocky just seemed to jump on Thunderlips back and apply a pro wrestling type sleeper hold.
