Brad Davis's career

I know he died very young but I don't understand why his career didn't go that far. I saw Midnight Express and his performance was so powerful! I think this movie was a risky move for an actor with a potential to be a super star. What do you think?

Brad Davis was an incredibly talented actor, and he certainly deserved more than he got in a career. At least we can watch his body of work, however long (or short) and enjoy what he did do.
