If you do a search on imsdb.com - a movie script database, it shows American Graffiti(1973) being the earliest one. And there's also 'Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song' a blaxploitation movie from 1971.

Pretty sure I heard it in Gone with the Wind.

I remember the phrase being in use in the late 1960s. It's probably even older. Probably showed up in some of the B-biker movies of that period.
