Why the *beep* was 'Hey you' excluded from this Movie?

I love this movie, but I really heated that one of my favorite songs ever "hey you" was excluded, does anyone knows why?

Walters felt the scene was too depressing

It was removed because Waters and Parker thought the finished sequence just didn't work, that it both slowed down and disrupted the flow of the movie. Frankly, as a fan of this movie, I think this was the right decision. Much of the footage found it's way into other sequences, and a black & white rough cut is included as a bonus feature on the DVD.

Or as I said in my post, it's included (with much better picture and sound quality) as a bonus feature on the DVD.
