When Pink gets married the priest/pastor looks like Art Carney. Was he in this film? I always thought it was him but dont see him in the credits.

No. Just paused it on that scene. It's not him. Jonathan Scott ("Registrar" in the Cast Section) is his name. You have to remember it's an English film.
