I know this question has been asked alot on this board but I just wanted to hear yalls opinion. My favorite song is 'Wish You Were Here'. For me its hard to listen to that song, not the original but the Live one in Pulse. I listened to it the other night on the way home from cause its been years since I've heard it and I had to pull the car over. It reminds me of my grandpa and I cried like a baby when I heard it. Song is just amazing, something words cannot describe. I mean I 'Wish He Was Here', whats your favorite Pink Floyd song.

Also, if you get a chance to hear "Is There Anybody Out There?: The Wall Live," listen to that version of "Another Brick in the Wall: Part 2." Dual guitar solos and a keyboard solo. Think you've heard this song overplayed on the radio? The live version will blow you away.

Welcome to the Machine is so good man. My favorite though is probably a tie between Echoes and Shine on you Crazy Diamond(as one whole song). Then after that it's Time

mine would be another brick in the wall. it was redone many times and may become pretty redundant by now for masses, but i still love it.

Echoes. I find the entire 20+ minutes very moving.

"Strangers passing in the street
By chance two separate glances meet
And I am you and what I see is me."

And that last verse is so haunting:

"And no-one sings me lullabies
And no-one makes me close my eyes
And so I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky"

Run Like Hell. I used to hate this song as it was used as the theme tune to a sports program at a time when every sports event seemed to end in violence between opposing fans and I associated it with stupidity and bloodshed. I've come to love Dave's guitar work on it... I think it may even be one of his songs, which is unusual for me as I'm a big fan of Roger(s music).

Dogs. It makes me think of tripping on magic mushrooms to autumn clouds... especially the live version on Water's 'In the Flesh' album.

The Wall is my favourite album of all time.

Kind of a typical choice but Comfortably Numb followed closely by Dogs.

Nobodys Home. Many a time I have sat up staring at the ceiling because I cant sleep, listening to that song in the early hours of the morning, think I have Insomnia
