My ideal actor for King Haggard
Patrick Stewart.
Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund.
Doug Bradley (Hellraiser and Nightbreed).

Patrick Stewart is one of my choices too, the others being Ian McKellen and Christopher Lee (if he lasts long enough).
I hadn't thought of Robert Englund before, but now that you mention it I could see him as King Haggard.

I think Patrick Stewart looks too friendly to be such a haggard character. But the others are pretty good.

Your right, he is kind of friendly.
Do you think Englund or Bradley would make good King Haggard? you probably seen Hellraiser movies and Nightbreed, Bradly was terrific in the role as Pinhead and Lylesberg as he has that voice too.
