opening scene water location, where is it?

Does anybody know where the opening scene with the first victim Mandy was sun-bathing? The georgous water area, I don't know what to call it. In the synopsis of the movie, it indicated that the town was supposed to be in New Englgand, "supposed" to be. In the movie you could also see Wisconsin plates. Isn't this also in the same place where a scene in one of Jennifer Lopez's movies was shot. In "Angel Eyes" I think, with the guy that played Jesus Christ in 'The Passion'. Anyway, that place is awesome, I want to go there.

The opening scene took place at the Elora Gorge in Elora, Ontario Canada. (http://www.grandriver.ca/index/document.cfm?Sec=27&Sub1=125&Sub2=0)
The rest of the movie was shot in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
The house is located at the north-west corner of Grange Road & Stevenson Street in Guelph.

yeah, its my home town of elora, ontario, i even worked security at that location as summer job, and its not elora gorge, its the elora quarry, both ran by the grca

I recognized the gorge/quarry from Funeral Home, 1980 Canadian lensed horror film. Great location!!

I really like 'Incubus' for all its flaws its a great looking film with good horror imagery and pacing, overall vibe 3:)

Hi octoberflesh... thank you for your response. Just to be clear, you recognize the querry because it looks the same or similar to the one on Funeral Home. Do you know the name and where it is? I will check out Funeral Home :)
