good middle movie

I've always been a big fan of the first 4 films and usually find time to rewatch them once a year or so.

I think each of the first 8 have something fun about them. I can name at least one thing (or kill!) from each film that I like.

The reveal of Jason donning his iconic hockey mask and using the harpoon is one of the all-time great horror moments.

"Who are you?"

Well, it's a lot of fun to watch when you're stoned (e.g., Chili offering a joint directly into the camera). You just break out into hysterics when the alpha male who barked orders to everybody else suddenly gets his eyeball gouged out. I've got a boner for those 3D movies presented in 2D.

I might be in the minority but I think I like this one more than 4. Funny thing, I didn't even know when I first watched it as a teenager that the movie was made in 3D.
