He kinda mumbles something when Teasle asks what he hunts with a knife.
Thoughts?

Well later in the movie. Rambo put his knife at the end of a spear and used it to kill a boar. So use your imagination.

He says either "name it" or "the enemy"

I'm going with "name it". I'm not a lip reader but it's pretty clear he says two syllables, not four.
