Was it Arnold who originally dealt with the mean customer?

At the burger restaurant was it Arnold who was the one that was dealing with the mean, obnoxious customer?

This sounds like an interesting thought. I don't think Arnold dealt with him because nothing was mentioned but, Arnold may have known the guy or the guy has a history of being a jerk and Arnold ran for the hills. Whatever it is, Arnold sure got out of there in a hurry.

I did have a feeling that Arnold didn't want to deal with the jerk customer which is why he got Brad to cover for him, I wonder how Arnold felt about Brad getting fired, I wish Arnold had questioned Brad about him getting fired.

The LAST person Brad would talk to after being fired would be Arnold imo. Brad got him the job and Arnold indirectly got him fired.

I can see Arnold avoiding Brad after he gets fired, I can see why Brad got pissed off at Arnold over him having to deal with that a-hole customer.

There's a deleted scene that explains that the jerk is really Arnold's uncle and he plays a con against Brad so that Arnold can work his way up in the organization quickly by removing his number one nemesis in the fast food world and become Employee of the Month.

Or maybe that was a plot device in a James Bond film... I can't recall at this time.

I would so love to see the deleted scene of the jerk turning out to be Arnold's uncle, I have totally never thought of that happening at all.
