What did the 70-80 oldies had with telekinesis?
Jedis' most powerful ability, and ET's main one, are basicly telekinesis.
I don't understand how telekinesis could be chosen as *the thing* to show how these USA movie symbols should be *damn hell cool*.
I'd expect a Jedi Knight have much more powerful and cool ability than just move objects, and an ET to not be just con paranormal.
I was born on 1983 and was too young to watch these movies when they were out, and these abilities seem boring to me, far from being cool as obviously the oldy people of the time felt it.
I wonder how a kid from today would feel watching these classics.
