I vaguely remember parts of this movie like one in particular about the ghost putting a pet iguana in grandmas bed??Is this the same movie??

Yes, but it wasn't "the ghost" who did it.

I didn't think iguana's where dangerous. Did the grandmother die of a heart attack after finding the iguana in bed with her?
