does the spirit of the dead girl take over the body of her sister in the end or am i thinking of a different movie

Mary, the living girl who is blamed for the deaths of her family and is in the insane asylum, is speaking with JENNIFER's voice, as if she is posessed.
But Jennifer, the ghost, says, "I told her I wouldn't stay with her in that nuthouse. I don't want to be together with her any more."
Then, Mary screams for Jennifer to stay with her. The female doctor tries to console her, saying that it's good that Jennifer is gone. Her voice is clinical but sees it as a begining of an improvement in Mary's 'condition'.
Then, we see the bedroom scene where Jennifer is at the end of Mom's bed. That's the end of the movie.
