imdb helped me find DGTS so maybe i can find this one as well.

all i can remember is there is a woman who keeps receiving phone calls from a man in a whispery voice. he finally catches up with her and i think takes her to a field and cuts her hair. i think the woman has dark hair and there is a staircase in the house where she is at. i saw the movie in the early to mid 80's. any help would be greatly appreciated. much thanx. sorry i don't have anymore to go on

BTW, "When a Stranger Calls" is not the movie i am looking for, i already own it.

I don't know what movie is, but in the IMDB search engine you can use the keywords feature and put "phone calls", "whisper", "hair cut" and things like that and sooner or later you will find it. Then you can look at the plotline or the board of each movie to see. Believe me, it really works! That way I found many movies that I didn't know their names or the actors, or anything.

i have used this IMDb's search tools and have had great success finding what i was looking for but i have tried different times looking for this one and can not find it. using IMDb and other sites, i have found several titles i was looking for, like:

don't go to sleep
the voyagers
misfits of science
trapped in silence
Tomes and Talismans
when time ran out

and others

this one really bothers me because i just can not seem to find it...

Hi,the film isnt hotline is it starring lynda carter.This film had a killer called the barber and i recall her getting dragged and her hair cut.Hope this helps!!
