Worth it? Any reason to buy it over the DVD (cheaper) version?

of course is worth it, any movie filmed in 35mm can be easily transfered to 1080p whit brilliant results and very little work (sure some remastering and color coding is required)
shareim in the uk and have the blu-ray the pictura on it is great, i also have the goonies and that has really good picture too
shareThe Blu-ray looks and sounds spectacular, but the 5.1 soundtrack is apparently a remix. Some extra bits of dialogue have found their way into the mix. It's not a big deal, but those extra bits are actually a little intrusive and redundant.
