Was Richard waving at Harry while leaving him for dead at the beach?

I tried paying attention to Richard as he was driving in his jeep and leaving Harry behind while Harry was begging him. I could swear Richard was waving goodbye at Harry lol

Yes! I seen the same thing, it's very hard to see but if you back it up a few times and re watch he is in fact waving waving.
