Actual animal killed?

Was an animal killed for real in this movie? Any scene of unsimulated animal cruelty?
I'm asking because the keyword "actual animal killed" is listed.

I'm guessing you're talking about the roaches?

I'm not talking about anything, seen this film ages ago and don't remember much about it, which is why I asked.

From what I recall, the roaches were the only animals that were killed on camera or in the movie period.

It has to be the roaches. I don't recall any other animals in Creepshow, but there were thousands and thousands of roaches. Naturally a few of them died while filming. I personally wouldn't classify that as animal cruelty, but that's me.

Leslie Nielsen kicked the crab in the beach scene, not killing, it but I thought it was pretty mean.

I wouldnt consider roaches an animal. They're insects. I believe they were fumigated. Nasty ass things
