i hope this isn't bad news for uk fans

I heard somebody say recently on the Anchor Bay uk forum that the forthcoming UK release (think it's a port of the forthcoming US version)has been pre cut by the distributers by 5 secs to the rape scene. Can anybody confirm this?
Also is the old French release fully uncut or has this also been censored in a similiar fashion?
