R rated not unrated re-release????????

I went to Anchor Bay's web site and they list the movie as rated R and 98 minutes long, it's original running time and rating. I thought this was supposed to be unrated!!! There is no Unrated release of the film, but it is still uncut. The x-rated MPAA removed footage is long gone.
