It is outside my generation, but no, I didn't know any punkers like this. I found the movie to be both terrible and unintentionally hilarious. Badly scripted, heavily contrived, ...bleagh. I wanted to smash the punk's faces in just as much as the next guy, but the movie couldn't have been more ham-fisted with its message.
In order to avoid possible moral difficulties of seeing Perry King smash evil punk chick's face in, I had a good laugh when she conveniently took care of herself by crashing the car in the shop classroom. How convenient!! Avenging a rape would have been somewhat tainted if he had to beat her to death himself.

Patsy was insanely hot--a quality she exploited at every opportunity--so I think her just desserts would have been to spend her life being plundered in a woman's prison.
