Why does Dar name the ferrets and tiger, but does not name the bird?

I know it never says it in the movie, but the eagle has a name - Sharak.

"Wise man say, forgiveness is divine but never pay full price for late pizza."

Adding on to that, in the series at least, Sharak was actually a man cursed into being an eagle.

the birds name is unprenouncable. its more of a shriek. he shoUts it a couple times...like when hes saving roo the tiger thingy
