Is this the film that has a man with a bigs head? and the main character's friend turns on him and trys to steal his sword in one scene; what ends with his neck getting snapped?

Sorry the details arn't great I saw that movie 10 years ago, If this isn't it can someone tell me what it is?

I'm pretty sure the Film your thinking about is Deathstalker. Another cheap Barbarian film from 1983. Its quite badly made but is good fun to watch with some beers, munchies and your brain switched off! I love it... :-D

There was a Pig Man in Masters of the Universe, but that other information doesn't like the He-Man movie.

Thats definetly DEATHSTALKER. An ok film, but check out the sequel, DEATHSTALKER II Duel of the Titans, IT'S AWESOME!!

I wouldn't mind seeing those. Saw the third on MST3K. Heard the second one was the best though.
