Any word on who created the artwork for the US poster for this film? It's strange to me that they could get Boris Vallejo for the cheapie 'Deathstalker'films, but couldn't get a big gun in for 'Beastmaster'...still, a classic poster design.
shareThe Japanese poster art for Beastmaster is pretty sweet (not positive but I believe painted by illustrator Robert McGinnis). The U.S. poster art is nice but can't make out the signature of the artist.
Deathstalker promo dept. probably knew they needed something extra to sell their cheapie film hence the Boris art. Beatsmaster promo dept. on the other hand actually had a decent film so no Boris.
