I saw this in the theater when it came out, it has always been one of my favorites. But I never understood why Dar or any man would walk away from Kari, more so since he saw her goodies. but having watched it tonight I realized that when Mayax told him that Zeb was his pappa that him and Kari were cousins and he didnt want any backwards webfooted kids.

shareWe don't know that Dar and Kiri are cousins. Since Dar's mother is killed by Maax, Dar and Tal must have different mothers and be only half brothers. So Kiri could be Tal's cousin on his mother's side, which would make Dar and Kiri not related.
